Joanna has a lifetime of memories from Staebler Insurance, having grown up around the brokerage. She recalls coming into the office many times with her parents, and was a summer student, before officially joining the company in 2006 as the HR, Operations, and IT Assistant.
Through the years, Joanna has excelled in many roles including Broker, Service Broker, Marketing Assistant, Team Leader, and Business Development Manager. She has the distinction of working at least one position in nearly every department, which equipped her well for when she became our President in 2019.
A few of her Staebler highlights include Christmas parties, staff BBQs, and company outings at sporting events and concerts. But Joanna says she is most proud of the people she has worked with, past and present. She loves watching teammates grow and develop in their roles.
Joanna’s leadership, openness, and ability to connect with everyone is admired, and we’re excited for her to continue to lead Staebler Insurance as we begin our next 150 years in 2024!
