For Silvia, it’s about family, friends, and a good laugh! She loves spending lots of time with her nieces, nephews, and God-children, and her big “Teddy bear of a dog” keeps her on her toes! Silvia also loves to explore the outdoors, including taking hikes on trails, on beaches, and through parks.

She arrived at Staebler with extensive experience with travel medical insurance, and in various roles such as case manager, department supervisor, and negotiations manager. While seeking more growth in her career, Silvia reached out to some people she knew who worked at Staebler, and was encouraged to apply.
