Rashmi is a dynamic professional who recently transitioned into Staebler’s Finance Team after a diverse career path. Originally from India, where she worked as an early childhood educator and curriculum planner, Rashmi moved to Canada as an international student seeking new challenges. She pursued a Diploma in Strategic Global Business Management with a specialization in entrepreneurship at Conestoga College, building on her Bachelor of Commerce degree.

Despite initial doubts about a new role in finance, Rashmi was encouraged by a close friend to explore the field. Her determination paid off and has become “the perfect piece to the puzzle” on our Finance Team, bringing fresh enthusiasm and a unique perspective.

Beyond her professional life, Rashmi is multilingual, fluent in Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi, and English. She unwinds by binge-watching favorite shows and movies, with a deep passion for the Harry Potter series and rewatches the films annually.
