Lisa is a seasoned professional with over 29 years in the insurance industry, bringing expertise and dedication to her role as a Service Broker on our Commercial Solutions Team.

Her career began while pursuing a second degree at McMaster University, she learned of an opening at an insurance company and applied, launching a long tenure in claims handling auto, accident benefits, property, and liability cases until 2018. She transitioned to auto underwriting from 2020 to 2024, exploring new facets of the industry.

Lisa has earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, along with CIP (Chartered Insurance Professional) and RIBO (Registered Insurance Broker of Ontario) designations.

Outside work, Lisa cherishes family time with her son at the University of Waterloo and daughter, who is engaged and set to marry in August 2026. They bond over camping, with the kids now having their own trailer, and conquering escape rooms, proudly escaping every one!

Passionate about music, she blasts tunes in her car and during walks on nature hikes, like recent treks to the Grotto in Bruce Peninsula Park. In her free time, she walks her dog, cooks, socializes, and volunteers weekly at a homeless shelter kitchen, reflecting community spirit and love for giving back.
