It’s been an interesting journey that has led Meera to Staebler. She was educated in London, England having completed law degrees at the University of London and Brunel University. Having married a Canadian she moved to Canada and has two young children. In 2019 she was seeking a career change and reached out to a friend who connected her with a Staebler employee who suggested she apply. Now here she is as one of our Commercial Service Brokers.

Away from the office, Meera is a busy mom, who loves to travel, having been to all of Europe and parts of Africa and Asia. She wants to pass along that passion to her children so they grow up with an appreciation of other cultures and people. Meera also loves Canadian adventures and is on a mission to explore all of the Great Lakes.

While she may be relatively new to the industry, Meera has quickly learned valuable knowledge working on the commercial service team, obtained her RIBO (Registered Insurance Broker of Ontario) designation, and now working towards her Certified Insurance Professional (CIP) title.
