Our insurance advisor was thorough in understanding our needs, and came up with a proposal that was cheaper (almost $1000) than our previous insurance, and covered more than I had anticipated! Included is a Basic Homeowners Policy, insurance for our two cars, and a Personal Liability Umbrella policy that covers the house, cars, and even our motor home which is insured elsewhere. We are very satisfied customers!

I had a small accident in the car on a Sunday, and contacted our broker Tyler at Staebler on Monday morning at 10:00 am. Told him the story. l had a call at 11:00 am from an adjuster from Northbridge, told her what happened, and that the other party of course disagreed to who caused it.
She contacted the other party and called me back at 12:00 pm saying they have determined the other party was correctly at fault.
They allowed me to take my car to the dealer near me. The car rental place contacted me at 2:00 pm that day saying a vehicle is reserved for me.
All this took place in approximately 4 hours that day.
I was shocked and very pleasantly surprised. Top notch service in my opinion!
l told numerous people about this great response, and everyone asks who my insurance provider is and agent! Staebler and Northbridge is my response.

Sukhjeet Dhillon, is a recent account replacement for my Home Insurance requirements. What a relief! It was approximately 3-4 months ago, when I was contacted via an email by my Insurance Broker that Sukhjeet Dhillon, will be replacing the previous person handling my account. What breath of Fresh Air! Immediately after, Sukhjeet has been in constant contact with me exploring various Insurance companies that can offer not only better rates but also better coverage. Most certainly she did find an Insurance company that offers better rates but also enhanced coverage.

I had totally forgotten about my inquiry for finding better rates and coverage for the past 4 months, however, she did not forget about me and my requirements. Last year I switched to Staebler insurance after being very disappointed with my past broker. I called around trying to find the right fit. When calling Staebler I was connected with Spencer. I have dealt with Sanja Glibota twice on a business insurance then on home and auto insurance, and the experience in both cases was really exceptional.
