In keeping with their mandate of delivering donations to local, need-based organizations, Staebler’s Charity & Community Involvement Committee partnered with KidsAbility to sponsor their Superhero Challenge.

The 2023 challenge takes place June 11-17 and calls on the communities of Waterloo Region and Guelph-Wellington to run, walk, wheel to build community spirit and raise funds, so the best possible pediatric support is accessible for local kids and youth to reach their goals and realize their potential every day.

“The focus is all about how to challenge yourself,” shares Lisa Talbot, Executive Director KidsAbility Foundation. “You can decide your distance and sign up for free in only a few clicks to get fundraising for kids. Every donation supports the most immediate needs of children, youth, and their families throughout Waterloo Region and Guelph-Wellington.”

As an organization that has grown with Waterloo Region for over 150 years, it’s humbling to be able to give back to important causes and make an impact where it matters most.

“As you celebrate this milestone, we are grateful for your generous sponsorship towards the Superhero Challenge success,” said Talbot. “And it’s exciting to know your employees will unleash their volunteer superpowers for kids in our community. Registration for the Superhero Challenge opens in April and like many events this year, we are encouraging Team Staebler to run, walk, or wheel to support KidsAbility.
