In March 2020, the Staebler Insurance team left their offices in Kitchener to begin working remotely. At the time, the COVID-19 pandemic was accelerating and our organization made the decision to keep its employees, its clients, and all of their families as safe as possible. The new work from home routine was to be a few weeks, maybe a couple months, before public health would deem it safe to return to in-office work and in-person appointments. At the time, no one knew that those few weeks would turn into 24 months.
Well, after all that time away from the office, working daily from home, social distancing, meeting virtually, connecting remotely, it is finally time to get Back Together Again.
Beginning Monday, March 28, 2022 our team will be heading back to our familiar Staebler Place offices at 871 Victoria Street N., in Kitchener and we couldn’t be more excited.
We all know the world has changed a lot since 2020 but one thing you can continue to count on is Staebler Insurance and its team of dedicated brokers, support staff, and experienced management to be there whenever you need it.
With that said, we are also excited to announce that in-person appointments and walk-in quotes may resume on Monday, March 28, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. We kindly ask clients to make an appointment with their broker to ensure they are available to meet at the office.

On Monday, March 28, our Executive Team is planning a special “Back Together Again” staff event from 8 a.m.-12 p.m. and the office will be closed to the public.
Going forward, clients will have even more ways to connect with their broker. In addition to in-person appointments, we will continue to offer phone and virtual meetings for anyone who feels more comfortable to discuss their insurance that way.
