Well it happened… the post office workers went on strike as of Thursday, June 2, 2011 at midnight. All of our insurance providers have a plan in place to provide the best possible service during this set back.

YOUR POLICY DOCUMENTS

If you are renewing soon, you may not receive your documents. Insurance companies are handling it in many different ways but we are likely able to provide you with a copy. Just get in contact with your broker and we will be able to help you.

YOUR MONTHLY PAYMENTS

Your payments will continue to be withdrawn, even if you are renewing and the policy premium has changed. If you are up for renewal, please call us. We can confirm your new monthly payment amount.

OTHER WAYS TO PAY

For those of you who normally submit your payment for your insurance policies by mail, please consider the following options:

  • Make your payment directly to the insurance company through your bank by using the name of your insurance company and your policy number
  • If payment is normally made to H.L. Staebler, make your payment directly to us using our name and your customer number. Your customer number can be found on your invoice
  • Most of the companies we deal with allow payments to be made by credit card – just give us a call
  • If you recently sent payment through Canada Post and are wondering if the payment was received by us, or your insurance company, please contact us

We thank you for your patience during this challenging time.
