With the weather getting colder outside alot of us have now turned on our furnaces and are using our woodstoves and fireplaces.

Each year fire claims many lives and causes thousands of dollars in damage. The Insurance Bureau of Canada (IBC) offers tips for Canadians to learn how to prevent and respond appropriately in case of a fire.
