Staebler Insurance is proud to support Pride Month in Waterloo Region with a donation to SPECTRUM WR and their annual fundraiser. On Thursday, June 29, Staebler’s donation of $3,000 will contribute to the second annual gala.

“Spectrum is grateful for the support of Staebler Insurance,” said Scott Williams, Executive Director at SPECTRUM WR. “Our annual fundraising gala helps us continue to offer programs and services to 2SLGBTQ+ people throughout the year and we couldn’t do it without partners like Staebler. Thank you for including us in your 150th anniversary community celebrations!”

SPECTRUM’s aim is to go big this year! Their goal is $25,000 and the gala is taking place at a larger venue (Ken Seiling Waterloo Region Museum), with dinner and a full night of entertainment planned. The headliner is Martha Chaves, a Nicaraguan-Canadian comedian, actress, activist, and playwright. Two other comedians, Al Val and Tamara Shevon, are also scheduled to perform.
